The user videos cannot be viewed by us. All of the live videos uses the P2P transfer, and they will be saved to your SD card. It cannot be reached by our technicians.
Our server collects only one kind of data:

Relay: The main mode of video transmission from our camera to our mobile device is through point to point connection. When encountering unreliable network conditions, the camera may choose to transfer videos to mobile devices through our server to achieve the best viewing experience. In this case, videos and transmission channels will be encrypted safely. The role of the server acts as a relay agent only and does not store the video contents transmitted to or transmitted through it.
