Wifi trouble shooting

1, Can not connect the camera with wifi successfully, what to do?
1, This camera can only support 2.4G wifi, can not support 5G wifi, please double check your wifi 2, There maybe some Special characters in the wifi name or wifi password 3, Please check you wifi and wifi password, make sure they are right and reset the camera to connect again. (Long press the reset key for about 10-15 seconds to reset the camera)
2, Has connected the phone with the camera's wifi hotspot successfully, but still can not see the images after opening the app, what to do?
1,The camera is not started successfully, you can check the status of the Indicator light (The status of the red indicator light: If red light slowly flash, that means your phone has been connected with the camera's wifi hotspot successfully. If red light flash quickly, that means the camera is connecting your wifi now. If red light lasts on, that means the camera has been set up with your wifi successfully. The status of the blue indicator light: If blue light slowly flash, that means the camera is recording. If blue light lasts on, that means the camera has stopped recording. If the blue light flash one time, that means the camera is taking picture) 2, The battery is in low status, please fully charge the camera and try.
3, After the camera connect with the wifi successfully, what to do if you want to connect with the camera's wifi hotspot?
After the camera connected with your home wifi successfully, if you want to go get to the wifi hotspot connection, you need to reset the camera (Long press the reset key for about 10-15 seconds to reset the camera) and reconnect.
4, Does the camera support special characters in the wifi(your home wifi) name and password?
Wifi name and password can only support letters and numbers, can not support other language and Special characters(like !@?~*&%¥) in the wifi name or wifi password.
5, Entered the wrong wifi password when connect and can not connect successfully, what to do?
Please reset the camera(Long press the reset key for about 10-15 seconds to reset the camera) and try again.
6. How long is the wifi distance of the camera's wifi hotspot?
The distance of the camera's wifi hotspot is 10m without any blocks, please keep the camera close to your phone. You can set the camera up with your home wifi if you want to remote control the camera.
7, Can not connect with the camera's wifi hotspot, what to do?

1.How to save all the recorded videos to the SD card
Click the set icon on the app, find "SD card record config"--choose "Record mode"--"Resolution", and save the settings.

Product trouble shooting

1, why did the image turns to purple
Please do not expose the camera under the hot sunlight, or the image would turns to purple. If the image gets to dark purple, please contact the seller.
2, How to turn on the night vision?
You need to turn on the night manually, click the icon on the real time page to turn on the night vision. Check the other icons instruction

Software trouble shooting

1, It shows camera online on the app, but when open the real time page, can not see the video
1, The camera battery is in low status or the camera lens got loose because of the strike during the delivery. 2, Please reset the camera (Long press the reset key for about 10-15 seconds to reset the camera) and use the 5V 2A power cable to reconnect the camera and test. 3, If it still does not work, please contact the seller.
2, How to turn on the motion detection
Click the set icon on the app, go to device settings-- "Alarm config"--choose "Motion detection sensitivity", turn on "Push Notifications" and save the settings.
3, How to turn on the night vision?
You need to turn on the night manually, click the icon on the real time page to turn on the night vision. Check the other icons instruction
4, How to change the password of the camera
Click the set icon to get into device settings--change password. The default password of the camera is 8888
5, It shows "request service" on the app.
It might be the wifi speed. 1, Try to reboot the camera 2, try to reboot the wifi router
6.How can I turn off the work indicator of the camera?
1, You can turn off the indicator. Just click the icon to turn it off on the real time page, or you can long press the photograph button to turn it off. If you had reboot the camera, the indicator would be automatically on.Check the other icons instruction
